MK Industries' infrastructure is the backbone of our operations and is responsible for the quality of every product we manufacture. Our manufacturing facility is in Sonipat and is standard, spacious, and fully equipped. Every aspect of cutting, pressing, insulation, assembly, and testing has a state-of-the-art machine, aided by equipment that promotes lean manufacturing. This allows us to ensure that maximum output is achieved with minimum waste—efficiently and sustainably.
Our factory is divided into sections for PUF panel, sandwich panel, cold room structure, and clean room assembly. Every aspect is managed and supervised by professionals in that profession, all processes are governed by quality protocols, and we routinely specify performance and quality assurance in our raw materials i.e. galvanized steel, stainless steel, and high-density polyurethane foam to ensure high-strength and durable products conform to international specifications.
We use the best design software and we automate procedures to keep accurate dimensioning and alignment. Whether it is high specification cutting machines, climate test chambers, etc., we have quality infrastructure that offers us the capability to ensure identical precision, quality, capacity, and delivery regardless of the order quantity--whether 2 small security cabins or 30 large cold storage units.
